Tania Giannouli accompanied by Andreas Polyzogopoulos (trumpet) and Kyriakos Tapakis (oud) forms a unique trio, performing exciting original compositions of an idiosyncratic blend of music, blurring the boundaries between East and West, contemporary, world and jazz. The Tania Giannouli Trio first performed together at the legendary Jazzfest Berlin in 2018. German magazine JAZZTHETIK cited the concert among the best of 2018, while All About Jazz placed the trio’s concerts among the highlights of 2019.
