Julie Campiche's brain must be bursting from creativity! It stunns me how much contemporary, modern art can be achieved with an instrument like the harp, but this woman right here is prove that there's no borders. So what's on the menu?
Concerts in Sweden, Switzerland, France (shout out to ouriday@gmail.com!), Luxembourg, UK, Germany and Italy are coming up, duos with the amazing Swiss singer Claire Huguenin, legendary Swedish bass player Anders Jormin and the one and only violinuoso Théo Ceccaldi from France are just around the corner - and there's a SOLO program in the making! It will premiere live on 8th March 2024 in Vernier, Switzerland and we can expect a feminist manifesto with live electronics and videos (if wanted). To get a hint, watch her performance at London Jazz Festival from 2020. Ah whatever. Here's another hint.
With her quartet with Leo Fumagalli, Manuel Hagman and Clemens Kuratle we made huuuge steps for the upcoming months: there's a couple amazing festivals and concerts waiting for the Swiss group (see below) and it's a little painful that I am not allowed to publish all of them yet (I apologize in advance for the social media overload that will be coming). We're always happy about your offday-requests, festival-requests, club-requests, panel-requests, music-for-exibitions-requests - well let's just say your interest is wax for our harp wood. However: sustainability when it comes to touring is important for us and we try to tour clever whenever possible - which is why the off-days below are marked in red and bold.
